Paul R. Chomko joined the firm in 1997. His primary concentration is in complex litigation. In this capacity, his practice includes Business Litigation, Discrimination, Federal RICO Defense and Litigation, and Medical Malpractice. Attorney Chomko also practices in the areas of criminal defense, divorce, and bankruptcy.
As Alford & Bertrand's primary appellate attorney, he has appeared before the Massachusetts appellate courts, the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court as well as Federal appellate courts.
Attorney Chomko has received both local and national attention regarding his cases.
Life Outside the Law
Outside the law, Mr. Chomko's interests include physics, history and sports. He enjoys golfing, boating, tennis and chess and spending time as a youth mentor.
